Access code system is a nightmare!!! I was locked out multiple times with no support after hours and the suggestion to rebook a room is absurd!!! Also, a larger area for socializing would be nice!!!

Amazing staff makes up for some flaws

Our fam stayed for 3 nights and the staff was just awesome! Christian helped us out a ton with local tips and was super friendly. The room, though? Super cramped and way smaller than we thought. Plus, hearing our neighbors all night was a bummer. At least there was a cute cafe nearby for breakfast!

We had a cozy time enjoying the nice coffee and the welcoming lobby during our 10-night stay. The pool and nearby parks offered great ways to unwind after trekking around the city. Just a heads-up, the room could've used a bit more lighting, especially near the bathroom mirror. 😊

I enjoyed my stay at the Queen Room in Sonder. The location stood out, so convenient for the subway. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed, always ready to help. The room had a cute, minimalist design, which I liked, but it felt a bit cramped. The shower design needs work. the curtain kept clinging to me, and the bathroom got soaked after a shower. There were issues with air conditioning. I expected more comfort. I had to rely on a fan. Also, I couldn’t find ice without asking, and it took too long to get it. I wished for an ice container instead of a trashcan. There's no basic news channel available either, which was disappointing. Overall, a solid experience with some room for improvements.

A fantastic stay with lots of nearby coffee shops and a vintage clothing store where I scored great deals. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, making it a cozy retreat after exploring. Proximity to the subway made commuting easy, but the room size felt a bit cramped by the end of the stay. Also, some areas could use a deep clean to match the overall vibe.

The room's design left much to be desired, especially with a large shelf above the sink making it impossible to brush teeth without hitting your head. The bathroom door opening directly into the wardrobe created frequent obstacles for my wife and me as we navigated the small space. Additionally, sound insulation was hardly adequate, allowing us to hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which was quite disruptive at times. The insufficient elevator signage added a layer of confusion, making it difficult to determine the right button to press. Overall, while we appreciated the location, the design flaws and noise issues significantly impacted our stay.
